OBJECT DESCRIPTION
NGC 4755 and Mimosa are separated by the apparent distance of roughly 1 degree. NGC 4755 is very easily to spot once centering Mimosa or Beta Crux. Just need to aim to the star and the cluster is almost in the field of view of smaller to medium telescopes. Both objects are situated near the galactic plane in a very rich star field background. The brownish color of the background star field reveals older stars and also give the area an extraordinary sight.
