OBJECT DESCRIPTION AND IMAGE SESSION

NGC 6152 is a loose open star cluster in the southern Constellation of Norma. It is also know as Collinder 304. Because it is located in the Celestial Equator there is a dense star field, and therefore difficult to discern its true members. According to Dreyer Description historical description is a cl (open cluster), lc (little compressed), st L, (with large stars), thought I don't see large stars.

NGC 6152 was discovered by Sir John Frederick William Herschel in 1834 during his trip to South Africa using a 21 feet 6.4 meters telescope from Cape Town.

Unfortunately there are not much more information on this Open Cluster nor colour images, mainly because it is not a spectacular object, however it is a very good object to image from my Bortle 8 skies.
