OBJECT DESCRIPTION AND IMAGE SESSION

It was discovered by James Dunlop on May 1826. This cluster is very easy to locate since it is only 4 arc minutes from magnitude 3.19 star SAO 209318. A nice visual objective even to medium and small telescopes. The cluster presents a round shape and it is located close to the plane of our Milky Way in a vast star crowded region.
